How many times have you heard: “You should try this diet! It worked for me, I lost this many pounds” ? and how many times that same person gained back all the weight and even more and how many times that same diet did not work for you? The explanation is simple: we are all very, very different. This human diversity is what makes us unique and should be celebrated. There is diversity even within one’s life and evolution. Our habits change, our emotional lives vary, our professional lives become more demanding, etc. Even what worked for the same individual in the past may not work again now. The same applies to sleep problems, digestive problems, anxiety, stress, and other challenges.
That is why a focused, multidimensional approach with the support of a coach is needed. We’ll begin by conducting a thorough health history after which I will help you set up goals and develop long term strategies to accomplish them.
